We want you (and your pet!) to love every item from LuxPaws. If something doesn’t quite work out, we're here to make it right.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Free of pet hair, stains, or damage
• Returned in original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked Final Sale
• Worn or used pet products (for hygiene reasons)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
How to Start a Return
Send us an email at [your email] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Items returned in unsellable condition may receive store credit or be sent back
