Shipping policy

We do our best to get your order to you (and your pet!) as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping with LuxPaws.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (within Singapore): 3–7 business days
• International: 7-21 business days, depending on locations and customs(will commence at later stage)

We currently ship to select international locations. If you don't see your country at checkout, feel free to email us to inquire.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your pet's goodies every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If it appears lost or stuck in transit, email us at [your email] and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
